Update Profile To update your email address or other profile details, log in to your RatuMacau account and go to Settings → Profile. Email changes require verification through both your old and new email addresses. Your username cannot be changed after registration. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support via live chat.

Password Click the link "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset email. The link in the email is valid for 30 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn't come through, contact our support team via live chat with your account details for immediate assistance.

Deposit Limit The minimum deposit via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) is RM 20. For FPX/internet banking, the minimum deposit is RM 50. Processing Time Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow are typically processed within a few seconds to 5 minutes. FPX deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of payment (screenshot) for immediate follow-up.

Withdrawal To make a withdrawal, log in to your RatuMacau account and go to Wallet → Withdrawal. Select your preferred withdrawal method (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Your first withdrawal may require additional KYC verification (MyKad) to secure your account.

Withdrawal The minimum withdrawal amount at RatuMacau is RM 50. There is no maximum limit for standard withdrawals, though very large amounts may need to be processed across multiple transactions. Platinum VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits. RatuMacau does not charge any withdrawal fees – any applicable charges come from your bank or e-wallet provider.
